The legal stuff.

Webzen ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information we collect

Contact details you submit (name, email, business name), website content you provide, billing information processed by our payment provider, and basic analytics (pages visited, device, referrer).

How we use it

To deliver and maintain your website, communicate about your account, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

We share data only with vetted processors (hosting, email, payment, analytics) bound by confidentiality, and when required by law.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@webzen.app.

Retention

We retain account data while your subscription is active and for up to 24 months after cancellation, unless a longer period is required by law.

Service

Webzen provides website design, development, hosting, and maintenance. The initial build is billed at $999 per page as a one-time fee. After launch, hosting and ongoing maintenance are billed at $89 per month, in advance.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, hold the rights to any content you supply, and use the service lawfully.

Ownership

You own the content you provide and the final visual design delivered. We retain ownership of underlying tooling, templates, and code libraries used to deliver the service.

Payment

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before any claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

Refunds are only accepted within the first 48 hours of site launch. To request a refund within that window, contact info@webzen.app.

After the first 48 hours, build fees and monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time and will not be charged again.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@webzen.app or from your account dashboard.

Your website remains live until the end of the current billing cycle. After cancellation, hosting and maintenance stop, and your site is taken offline.

On request, we will export your content (HTML, images, text) within 30 days of cancellation at no charge.

We use a small number of cookies to keep the site secure, remember preferences, and understand aggregate traffic.

Categories

Essential: required for the site to function. Analytics: anonymized usage statistics. Preferences: remember settings such as theme.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may break parts of the site.

You agree not to use Webzen to host or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or that violates the privacy or rights of others.

Prohibited content includes (but is not limited to): malware, phishing, unlawful adult content, harassment, hate speech, and unauthorized data scraping.

We may suspend or terminate service for violations, with notice where reasonably possible.
