What counts as a standard update
A standard content update is a reasonable change to existing text, photos, contact details, business hours, services, pricing, links, or current website content — generally no more than 30 minutes of production work on one existing page or section. It does not include a redesign, a new page, custom development, new integrations, extensive copywriting, ecommerce setup, or a new campaign.

Webzen Launch is $599 setup plus $59/month. Webzen Growth is $1,299 setup plus $129/month. Webzen Authority is $2,499 setup plus $249/month. A limited Launch Lite promo is $299 setup plus $59/month with a six-month service commitment. Website Rescue starts at $399 and Digital Property Audits are $149–$299.
What does the monthly fee actually cover?+
Management, monitoring, hosting, SSL, backups, form testing, technical support, and the monthly updates included in your plan. It is not just server hosting — cheap hosting keeps files online but does not manage a business website.
Do you guarantee Google or AI rankings?+
No. We guarantee the work in your agreement — a completed website, tested forms, correct local business information, and the ongoing management in your plan. No honest company controls Google or AI ranking outcomes.
Someone else offered to do it cheaper. Why Webzen?+
Compare who owns the domain, what happens after launch, how many revisions are included, whether the forms are tested, whether the website is maintained, and who fixes problems when they break. A cheap unfinished website is not a better deal.
Can Webzen finish a website someone else started?+
Yes. Website Rescue starts at $399 and covers design cleanup, mobile fixes, copy improvements, form repairs, domain connection, and search setup for sites started on Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy, AI builders, or by another designer.
Who owns the domain and accounts?+
You do. We register the domain, Google Business Profile, and analytics accounts in your name whenever possible and keep manager-level access to do our job. Access is removed if you cancel.
Can I pay in installments?+
Yes. Standard structure is 50% deposit to start and 50% before public launch. Monthly management begins when your website goes live. We are flexible on the schedule — just ask.
What if I want to cancel?+
You can cancel anytime after any required commitment period. Hosting stops at the end of your billing cycle and we can export your content on request.
